To ensure availability, we recommend confirming your event as
soon as possible.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date, and a signed contract
will confirm the details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Diners Club, Discover and personal or company checks.
Although a few weeks advanced notice is often sufficient, we
encourage more notice for weekend or holiday events. Due to
limited availability of dates, a portion of the deposit is non-refundable
in the event of cancellation.
